When it comes to testing, commissioning or trouble shooting at site, customers can always rely on Waterfield’s experienced service engineers and technicians to solve pumping problems of various complexity.
Testing, commissioning or trouble shooting at site
Our service engineers and technicians are not only well versed with pumps but also have a good understanding of other equipment and peripherals associated with the pumping systems —an advantage that translates into real benefits for our customers.
pump performance test facility
Waterfield has a pump performance test facility capable of measuring flow up to 1,000 m3/hr at 10 bars for motor power up to 200 KW. It is qualified to conduct certified performance tests. The accuracy of the flow is measured via a magnetic flow meter. Customers can have their pumps tested for conformance, with a third party witnessing the procedure at our test facility.
Laser alignment and vibration analysis services
Laser alignment and vibration analysis services are exclusive to Waterfield. The precision laser alignment checks the straightness, flatness, squareness and parallelism of the shaft coupling to avoid premature failure of the pumps caused by misalignment.
Pumps & Spare Parts inventory
We keep a large inventory of pumps and fast moving parts for urgent delivery and emergency breakdown service. Pumps and parts inventory are regularly monitored and replenished to serve our customers’ needs efficiently and help minimise their downtime.
